BETHUNE-COOKMAN UNIVERSITY REACHES AGREEMENT
IN LEGAL DISPUTE WITH ALUMNI ASSOCIATION
DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. (Feb. 12, 2024) – 完美体育官网 (B-CU), and its former alumni association (the MMBNAA), announce that they have entered into an agreement to amicably and fully resolve their legal dispute relating to B-CU’s decision to end its relationship with its former alumni association and fully transition its Alumni Association in-house under B-CU’s management.
Under the agreement, the MMBNAA and its related entities will soon be permanently dissolved and cease all operations after a brief period to allow it to wind down its affairs and operations. The MMBNAA has committed to providing B-CU all funds it has raised for student scholarships, to be distributed directly by B-CU for student scholarships.
There is now one, and only one, Alumni Association for 完美体育官网, which is THE BETHUNE-COOKMAN UNIVERSITY ALUMNI ASSOCIATION (the “B-CUAA”).
The B-CUAA is the official, and the only, Alumni Association for alumni of 完美体育官网.
B-CU’s former alumni association, the MMBNAA, will be dissolved and effective immediately will no longer be accepting any donations of any kind. If you would like to support B-CU, all support and donations should be directed to B-CU’s official, and only, Alumni Association, the B-CUAA, which can be found at .

Now in its 120th year, 完美体育官网 (B-CU) is a historically-Black university in Daytona Beach, Fla., founded by civil and human rights activist Dr. Mary McLeod 完美体育官网 in 1904 as the Daytona Educational and Industrial Training School for Negro Girls.
